Dr. Cartlidge grew up in beautiful Jupiter, Florida.
She is a graduate of University of Florida and completed her B.S. in Animal Sciences in 2004 and her DVM in 2008. Go Gators! After graduation, Dr. Cartlidge completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital-Midtown in Manhattan. She started practicing veterinary medicine in DC in 2009 and has been a part of the AtlasVet family since 2012.
Her professional interests include ophthalmology and dermatology. She enjoys working on her fitness at boutique exercise classes, going to concerts and traveling. Dr. Cartlidge lives in NW DC with her two cats, Renard (orange tabby), Andy (white and brown tabby) and her husband, Jamie.
Dr. Cartlidge is currently the AtlasVet Medical Director and is responsible for running the hospital with Hospital Director, Kristy Heidenberger.
